Stainless Steel Bottle Sampler

The Bottle Sampler has been specially designed for taking running and spot samples.

The sampler consists of a closed cylinder around the bottle, so that the bottle is protected and potential breakage residues do not end up in the tank. The weighted bottom ensures that the sampler is also suitable for thicker liquids. The sampler is a Hartwig Instruments quality product, with life time warranty. 

Operations:

• Spot Sample: The clasp is swung back and the sample bottle placed in the cylinder after which the stop is inserted into the bottle. The bottle sampler is now ready to take the sample. The bottle sampler is lowered into the liquid from which the samples are required using a chain or a rope (100% cotton!). At any desired depth,The stop can be pulled out by tugging on the line.
  
  
• Running sample: The clasp is swung back and the sample bottle placed in the cylinder, The bottle sampler is now ready to take the sample.
  lower the bottle sampler with high speed to the required depth and pull up with high speed. The bottle should be filled for about 75-90% to ensure a good runningsample. 
  When sampling low viscosity liquids narrow down the opening of the sampling bottle by using the matching cap of the bottle and use a handdril to make a small opening in the cap.
