This stainless steel combined sampler is specialy designed for taking Bottom , Spot and Running samples.

The Combi Sampler can be easily disassembled for ease of cleaning and consist of a blindbottom cylinder with a outher thread for a top screw cap. The top screw cap has 2 adjustable openings with a option to clamp a thermometer in for fast and accuracte sample temperature. 

Because of the weight ,This sampler is extremely suitable for products with a high viscosity like edible oils , heavy fuel oils and Bitumen.

Operations: 

• Absolute bottom sample: The bottom sampler is lowered into the liquid to be sampled using a chain or a rope (100% cotton!). As soon as it reaches the bottom, The spring-driven valve at the bottom of the sampler opens and the liquid flows into the cylinder. Pull The sampler up and the valve will shut close.
  
  
• Running Sample: Adjust the two openings on the top cap for a running sample , ( wide open for thick/high viscose products and slightly open for thin/low viscose products, and lower the bottom sampler with high speed to the required depth and pull up with high speed. The cylinder should be filled for about 75-90% to ensure a good runningsample. 
  
  
• Spot Sample: Use an extra wire to mount on the pendula of the sampler, Lower down the sampler to the required dept, Give the second rope a gentle tug. This will open the pendula and make the cylinder fill from the bottom of the sampler.
