Operation:
Place the Puncturing tool in a bench vise and mount this steady for safety, now place your empty calibration gas cylinder under the puncture tool and wind the hendle down to "puncture" the cylinder - remaining small ammounts of gas can escape during this process so make sure the room is well ventillated. With the cylinder depressurised the empty cylinder can be recycled.
