UKSG MK10 Closed Sampling kit

Wherever there is a need to take accurate samples of liquid cargo on-board, without allowing the leakage of vapour during the process, this equipment offers an ideal solution. Soundly constructed, light and manageable, practical, operator-friendly and durable in service, it offers a costeffective solution to the problem of liquid sampling under closed conditions.

The “heart” of this new system is our new MK 10 Winder, offering the following benefits:

• fully enclosed winding mechanism
• Suitable for 4-inch
• mechanically-driven depth counter
• sampler change-over without mess, thanks to a novel opening system and vacuum pump
• “bayonet” fitting between sampler and winder, giving quick changeover between sampling devices, while ensuring electrical continuity throughout the system, for reasons of safety.

In operation, the winder is mounted directly onto the vessel’s vapour lock valves. The system can accept 2-inch equipment for dipping and gauging, and has an attachment point for gas sampling as well.

The MK10 can be equipped with Any level samplers. Bottom samplers , Running samplers and cage samplers for sampling bottles. The complete set can be fitted in a rugged case.
