Dipstick zone sampler 3x1m

This special designed dipstick sampler is most Commonly used for a zone sample / good average of a complete tank or truck loading. The sampler is dividable in three pieces of 1meter and can be used as a 2meter or a 3meter dipstick sampler.

The sampler is made from Stainless steel 316L and and uses a PTFE ball valve to close the bottom. the screwdthreaded connections are sealed and at the top is a stainless steel valve.

Operation: 

Assemble the sampler in a two or three meter version , suitable for your application. open the top valve , lower the sampler in the tank/truck and let the liquid flow trough the bottom. at the require depth or bottom of the tank let the sampler rest for a few seconds so the bottom ball valve can close it self. close the top valve and raise the sampler out of the tank. you can empty the sampler with a special funnel or tilt the sampler upside down and open the top valve manually.
