Handdril for sampling bottles - Running sample

Small , easy and compact handdrill for preparing a sampling bottle for a running sample. 

Operation:  

Stick in the sharp end of the handril in the cap of the sampling bottle. Rotate the handdrill untill a open is made with the required diameter. 
When sampling low viscosity liquids narrow down the opening of the cap , When sampling high viscosity liquids expend the opening of the cap.
