Stainless steel Cage Sampler

The cage Sampler has been specially designed for taking running samples.

The sampler consists of a 100% TIG welded cage around the bottle, so that the bottle is protected and potential breakage residues do not end up in the tank. All seams are welded closed, so no product residu will stay behind and contaminte the sample.
The weighted bottom ensures that the sampler is also suitable for thicker liquids. The sampler is a Hartwig Instruments quality product, with life time warranty. 

Operations:

• Running sample: The clasp is swung back and the sample bottle placed in the cage after which the bottle is fixaded with the clasp , The cage sampler is now ready to take the sample.
  Lower the sampler with high speed to the required depth and pull up with high speed. The bottle should be filled for about 75-90% to ensure a good runningsample.
  When sampling low viscosity liquids narrow down the opening of the sampling bottle by using the matching cap of the bottle and use a handdril to make a small opening in the cap.
